Clean hotel with very, very nice and courteous staff and great food. All the staff was willing to help. Above average and particularly nice breakfast with good choice of food options.

The breakfast had a wide range of options, toast, cereals, and eggs. The staff was willing to help, every need of guests is catered for. The location was STUNNING and fantastic, just next door to cafe, a short hill and the train stations and piers. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Lake Kozjak.

Lovely base for 1 night. Unbeatable location with a bus station walk from the building. 5 min walk to the heart of Plitvicka Jezera. Modern and functional room and satisfactory breakfast.

Location : the hotel was close enough to an acceptable self service restaurant, nature and other interesting places to visit around, and the train stations and piers. All the staff was helpful and greeted us warmly.

Hotel's location was great and stunning, to the self service restaurant next door. Plus, it was very close to the park entrance 2 and bus stop and evrything. The breakfasts with good foods.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from the entrance to the stunning Plitvice Lakes National Park. We were also pleased to find that the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The absence of air conditioning, especially during the warmer months, made it slightly uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the room lacked basic dental kits and floor slippers, which would have been convenient to have.

The lack of air conditioning in the room was uncomfortable during the hot summer weather. The walls were thin, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
